Hello, I'm Bob. I'm a seasoned therapist, and my journey to this profession was driven by a profound desire to understand and navigate the complexities of human emotions. I believe in the power of thought and the compassionate wisdom I bring to each session. I'm here to guide you in understanding your emotions and finding peace within yourself.

As an advocate for emotional honesty, I believe in the transformative power of truth in the healing process. I understand that each person's journey is unique, and I am committed to providing personalized care that respects and honors your experiences.  My upbringing in a lower middle-class neighborhood and my 12 years of Catholic schooling exposed me to various values. Depending on whom I was with, I learned to adapt my language and behaviors to be accepted. Those values have grown, shrunk, disappeared, and been replaced many times. Today, my value is a commitment to help.

I've worn many hats on the path to where I am now. I've been a family member, neighbor, student, stranger, friend, athlete, construction worker, guidance counselor, therapist, and advocate for male emotional honesty.  My journey to becoming a therapist was not a straight path. It was a journey filled with twists and turns, ups and downs. But through it all, I remained committed to helping others navigate their emotional landscapes. By understanding our emotions, I believe we can better understand ourselves and lead healthier, happier lives.
